May 28, Fahnestock State Park
Seven of us enjoyed a chatty 6.5-mile amble through the woods and meadows, along ponds and streams at Fahnestock, just before the cold and rain of Memorial Day weekend arrived. Thanks to Ellen, who had an appropriate song at the tip of her tongue for every change of scenery or topic.
