Outing Leader Liability Forms and Trip Reports

ADK has updated their liability form. The new form requires more information and has a revision date. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the document by checking the website before each trip. The latest liability form can be found in the “Trip Leader Resources” section of the ADK’s Certification page.

In addition to the liability form, outing leaders should submit both a trip report and up to 8 photos of the outing. When you send in your trip reports, please take a photo of both the cover and signatures pages.  Please retain the original for the Outings Chair.

Outing Leader Training Reimbursement:

Mid-Hudson outing leaders may be reimbursed for the cost of leader training.
