It could not have been a more beautiful day for a fall hike. Eleven amiable and chatty MHADKers joined leader Georgette for a 6-mile moderate loop that took in portions of the Three Lakes Trail, Bushy Ridge Trail, and Appalachian Trail. The delicate yellow rays of witch hazel were blooming everywhere, making  their subtle contribution to the colorful autumn scene. Joining Georgette were Sayi, Martha, Debbie, Judy, Pete, Robin, Kay, Margaret, Richard, Gwen, and Ann.
