Thu, Dec 25 MWH – Spring Farm Ramble

A gorgeous day for a 5 mile figure 8 Christmas Day hike around Spring Farm to the old visitor’s center & back. Most of the trails were bare leaves. The snowy areas were walkable & we were able to get around any icy spots. Partly sunny & warm, low 40’s. Walked past the apiary and down to the pond and then back to the trail where we had lunch on some downed trees. Another great day in the woods. Hikers were Judy B, Judith R, Sharron C, Roberta F, Arthur G and the leader Ginny.
