Wed, Jul 1 – Hudson River Paddle at Norrie Point

Three paddlers ventured out on the Hudson River from Norrie Point Marina to enjoy a relaxing day on the water.  We paddled to Esopus Island then over to check out Black Creek, where we saw one of the resident eagles.  We enjoyed lunch at a shady beach at Bard’s Rock.  Before heading back to the marina we did rescue practice.  Paddlers were Linda H, Gwen L, and the leader Dave W.
