Sun, Aug 2 – Hike at Locust Grove Historic Site

The trails were mostly cleared from the previous months storms at Locust Grove, and seven ADK members joined the monthly hike there and explored nearly all.  The weather was more humid than hot, but despite the sweat we enjoyed the lush green forests, saw a huge eagle, turtles, and a 6 point buck.  Dea K, Theresa K, Marsha K, Sue M, Rick K, Lorraine S joined leader Annette C for the hike.
