The crew/staff at the Outdoor Center offer hearty home cooked meals.  The menu varies daily. Usually breakfast consists of eggs, cereal, breads, yogurt, milk, fruit  and maybe sausage and bacon, pancakes or French bread.  For lunch, often guests prepare their own sandwiches with sandwich meats, hummus and other fixings.  Dinner is a multi-course meal with salad, meat or fish entrée, vegetable and dessert. For Friday night the host chapters are offering a picnic supper prepared by a local Farm store.  The feast consists of sandwiches made with bread from a local bakery, sandwich meats, chicken and a delicious vegetarian option.  Dessert will be homemade cookies and pastries.
